Business owners need quick, efficient and affordable software solutions to really take their business to the next level. I've dug up some awesome resources for the perfect price - free!

The ultimate free web builder and all in one hosting service, uses a series of questions to create a customized website for you in less than 5 minutes.

It’s fairly simple to use, and actually really powerful for how much work it takes to make it functional. It features built in blogging and e-commerce functionality, as well as free subdomains so you can experiment with Bookmark for no cost, and no risk.

An amazing free software and built in invoice software that allows for professionals to keep calendars, and provide services. It also has the built in capability to track repeat clients, as well as keep a history of what services your patrons have received in the past.

Shedul also allows you to keep calendars and schedule multiple staff, as well as book time off, manage holidays, and days in which your place of business is closed.

If you’re looking for a software to manage your restaurant as well as help you begin your foray into online ordering, Gloria Food is a really great starter solution. The free version has all you need to start receiving online orders, with the option to expand to a paid version to take payment online as well.

The free version also allows you to build in coupon codes, take reservations, and integrate directly into any Facebook page with an ordering button.

If you’re looking for an all-in-one graphic design software (and you’re not a graphic designer) Canva is there for you! Canva can create social media material, print campaigns, logo designs, and so much more. The free version is fully functional, but if you become a Canva whiz, you can upgrade to the paid version and manage all of your designs with built in branding, folder organization and so much more.

Employee scheduling is an unavoidable task, but with Homebase it can be made much easier! Homebase will tell you how many cumulative hours you’ve scheduled an employee for, as well as post shifts for pickup!

Communication is key, and if you’re working with a lot of employees or collaborating on a large scale, you can use Slack for free! Although the archive will only hold 10,000 messages in the free version, for short term and low traffic communication, Slack can be a quick and easy solution.

An online productivity and tracking software, allows you to keep track of tasks in various stages of completion. You can also sort and label them into subcategories, attach documents, notes, feedback, and assign tasks to specific collaborators.

If you’re a freelancer or you provide services for a fee, And Co is a really great all in one tool for tracking your time, invoicing, as well as receiving payments from people. It also allows you to generate and document contracts, use branding in notifications to match your services, and send recurring invoices to contacts.

Find another solution that trumps my list? I'd love to know what it is and how it works for you. Get in touch and help me help other business owners!
